The Latin phrase et al. means “and others,” which, to the restaurant team, speaks to the eatery’s desire to welcome and celebrate family, friends and community.
The name of “et al.” also encapsulates the spirit of the new restaurant, which will feature a seasonal menu reflecting the melting pot of cultural ingredients and cooking techniques in Hawaii and abroad.
